We take pride in delivering our products frozen, fresh, and with care. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

📍 Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

🚚 Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

🗓 Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST Tuesday will ship on the next available shipping day (the following Monday).
Shipping transit times begin the day after you receive your tracking number.

❄️ Perishable Shipping Information

All perishable items ship frozen, packed in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice.
Dry ice is effective for up to 72 hours during transit.
There is a 5 lb. minimum for perishable shipments.
For non-perishable items, please call us directly to place an order.
EBT is not accepted for shipped items.

⚠️ Important Shipping Terms

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.
LeBlanc's Shop, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or changed addresses after the order has shipped.
If you choose FedEx Ground, be aware that:
- Ground is only available to select states.
- We do not provide refunds or replacements for packages shipped via Ground once they leave our facility.
